Why we built this bridge

When I first landed in Tokyo, the hardest part wasn’t the work or the language. It was the loneliness of doing something no one around me had done. A single person who had crossed before me changed everything — not by giving me a job, but by answering my questions at midnight.
India Japan Kaizen is an attempt to turn that one person into a thousand. A community where the crossing is shared, where help flows in both directions, and where small kindnesses compound into belonging.
The two operational sites — ijk.co.in and ijkaizen.com — handle the logistics. This site holds the heart.
